Designed to take you beyond. Our Liquid Gels provide a powerful boost, limit gastric distress and their screw cap and thin consistency make them easy to consume. No matter how deep you go. The addition of 60mg of caffeine (equivalent to a single espresso) sharpens you up when needed, consume responsibly.

Liquid Gels use a 1:0.8 glucose to fructose ratio, enabling carbohydrate intakes upwards of 90g per hour. Each gel contains a powerful 40g of carbohydrate, 250g of sodium, 60mg of caffeine and water, meaning it can be consumed as is.

Consume 1-3 gels per hour, adjusting for intensity.
